Free Tools for Freelancers
You didn't go freelance to spend $200/month on SaaS subscriptions. Compress client deliverables, protect contracts, track time and money, and polish your proposals — all free, in your browser, without another app you'll forget to cancel.
What Slows You Down
- SaaS stack creep: Adobe Creative Cloud ($60), Grammarly ($12), Notion ($10), Toggl ($10), QuickBooks ($30), Calendly ($12)... $134/mo before you've invoiced a dime.
- Client contracts and proposals need protection — you can't upload them to a free service that might sell to ad-tech.
- Project file sizes explode right when the client's email hits their limit.
- Context-switching between 10 tools kills flow. You want utilities that open, work, close.

Questions
Can I trust these tools with a client contract?
Contracts stay in your browser — they never upload anywhere. In terms of file exposure, it's safer than using any tool that requires an upload. That said, always follow your client's specific confidentiality requirements.
Do you have an actual invoicing tool?
Not a full invoicing app — for that, use a free tier of a service like Wave or Zoho Invoice. What we provide are the utilities around invoicing: PDF protection, compression, expense tracking, currency conversion, tone-check for payment reminder emails.
Can I white-label these for clients?
No — everything is branded WildandFree Tools in the browser. You'd use them as your own work tools, not as a client-facing product.
Do the AI writing tools require an API key?
No. Our AI tools use built-in browser AI (Gemini Nano via Chrome) or lightweight on-device models. No API keys, no usage limits, no accounts.
What about bookkeeping and invoicing integrations?
We don't integrate with QuickBooks or Xero. These tools are standalone utilities meant to fit between whatever stack you use — not replace it.
