How to Unlock a PDF on Your Phone — iPhone & Android, No App

Someone sent you a restricted PDF and you're on your phone. No printer, no computer. Here's how to unlock it in 30 seconds — no app download.
Unlock on iPhone
- Open Safari
- Go to the free PDF unlocker
- Tap upload → select PDF from Files, iCloud, or email attachment
- Tool removes restrictions automatically
- Download the unlocked PDF → opens in Files app
Unlock on Android
- Open Chrome
- Go to the free PDF unlocker
- Tap upload → select PDF from Downloads or Files
- Restrictions removed → download unlocked PDF
After Unlocking on Phone
Now that your PDF is unlocked, you can:
- Print it: Open in Files/Downloads → Share → Print
- Copy text: Open in any PDF viewer → select and copy text
