How to Sign a PDF on Your Phone — iPhone & Android, No App Needed

Someone emailed you a PDF to sign. You're on your phone. No printer, no computer. Here's how to sign it in 60 seconds with just your finger — no app download.

Sign on iPhone (No App)

  1. Open Safari and go to the free PDF signer
  2. Tap "Choose File" and select the PDF from Files, iCloud, or email attachment
  3. Draw your signature with your finger on the touchscreen
  4. Select the page and position (bottom-right, bottom-left, center)
  5. Tap Sign — the signed PDF downloads to your Files app
  6. Open Files app → Share → email it back

Sign on Android (No App)

  1. Open Chrome and go to the free PDF signer
  2. Tap "Choose File" and select the PDF from Downloads or Files
  3. Draw your signature with your finger
  4. Select page and position
  5. Tap Sign — downloads to your Downloads folder
  6. Open the signed PDF and share via email or messaging app
