The "Goal" line under each agenda item is important. It tells people what outcome the meeting is working toward for that topic — so they can prepare and so the discussion stays focused.

Opening with the action item review should take no more than 5 minutes. Go through each item:
- Done — acknowledge briefly, move on
- In progress — note current status, update deadline if needed
- Blocked — this is worth 1-2 minutes: what is the blocker and who resolves it
- Not started — acknowledge, understand why, decide: reprioritize or hold accountable?
