Free real-time microphone denoiser that runs in your browser. Click start, grant microphone access, and hear your voice cleaned up in real time through headphones. Background noise from fans, air conditioning, keyboard typing, and room ambience is suppressed live. Perfect for testing your setup before recording a podcast, doing a live stream, or joining a call. Optionally record the denoised output and download as WAV. No downloads, no signup, no data leaves your device.

How is this different from Krisp?

Krisp ($8/mo) is a system-wide audio driver that intercepts all microphone input. It works great but costs money and requires installation. This tool runs in your browser tab with zero installation — open the page, click start, done. It's ideal for quick tests and recordings. For system-wide denoising across all apps, Krisp remains a good option.

What's the latency like?

The Web Audio API processes audio in small buffers (typically 128-512 samples). At 48kHz, that's roughly 3-10ms of processing latency. You may notice a tiny delay in your headphones — this is normal and won't affect recording quality. Most users don't notice it during regular speech.

Can I use this during a Zoom or Google Meet call?

Not directly — this tool runs in a browser tab, not as a system audio driver. However, you can use it to record a clean audio version of your side of the conversation, or to test your mic setup before joining a call. For system-wide call denoising, use a virtual audio device or Krisp.
